What the film does
More than a security upgrade.
Optically clear
No tint, no haze. Bonded to the inside surface of your existing glass and trimmed close to the frame — your windows look exactly the same from the street.
Holds glass together on impact
A hammer, crowbar, or brick creates a spiderweb crack — not an opening. The laminated layer keeps shards bonded so an intruder cannot reach through.
Blocks more than 99% UV
The same film that resists smash-and-grab also blocks UV-A and UV-B. Reduces fabric and floor fade and cuts heat gain on south-facing rooms.
10-year warranty
Manufacturer warranty on the film against bubbling, peeling, and delamination, plus a Clear Guard workmanship warranty on the install. Written and transferable on home sale.
Anti-shatter safety
If a window does break — storm debris, an accident, an impact — the film keeps the broken glass from spraying into the room.
Compatible with your glass
Tempered, annealed, single-pane, and double-pane glass are all candidates. We measure and spec the right thickness window-by-window during the assessment.

Interior 14 mil is the thickest option — it holds glass together longest under sustained impact. Interior 8 mil is a lighter, well-rounded fit for most residential windows. Exterior 7 mil is built for the outside surface of the glass, used on sun-facing windows and panes that aren’t practical to film from inside. Every install is backed by a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
